Новые ограничения для молдавских чиновников

Чиновники Молдовы будут лишены права одновременно входить в состав 9 руководящих органов госпредприятий или акционерных обществ с госдолей участия.

Согласно решению, принятому правительством, один и тот же чиновник в Молдове сможет входить в состав не более 5-ти руководящих органов таких компаний, передает NOI.md.

Решение о сокращении с 9 до 5 числа Админсоветов, в которые может входить один чиновник, Кабмин принял, по инициативе Минэкономики, с целью выполнения соответствующих рекомендаций Счетной палаты.

Согласно одобренным правительством поправкам в его прежние постановления, касающиеся акционерных обществ с государственной долей участия и госпредприятий, одно и то же государственное должностное лицо сможет быть одновременно членом не более чем 5 руководящих органов акционерных обществ и государственных/муниципальных предприятий (административный совет, совет общества), а также сможет быть назначено в качестве представителя государства или административно-территориальной единицы только в одной коммерческой компании.
