Pocrovca este un sat şi comună din raionul Donduşeni. Satul are o suprafaţă de circa 0.74 kilometri pătraţi, cu un perimetru de 3.66 km. Comuna Pocrovca are o suprafaţă totală de 7.21 kilometri pătraţi, fiind cuprinsă într-un perimetru de 16.01 km.

Conform datelor recensămîntului din anul 2004, populaţia satului constituie 1059 de oameni, dintre care 47.59% - bărbaţi și 52.41% - femei. Structura etnică a populaţiei în cadrul satului arată astfel: 3.21% - moldoveni, 1.32% - ucraineni, 95.18% - ruşi, 0.28% - alte etnii. Satul Pocrovca este populat de creştin-ortodocşii de rit vechi și este una din puţinele localităţi din țară de unde oamenii nu pleacă la muncă peste hotare.
