Pervomaisc este un sat și comună din Unitățile Administrativ-Teritoriale din Stînga Nistrului, Republica Moldova. Localitatea se află la distanța de 26 km de orașul Slobozia și la 100 km de Chișinău. Populaţia satului Pervomaisc alcătuia 9000 de oameni în anul 2010. Satul Pervomaisc a fost menționat documentar în anul 1869 cu denumirea Cuciurgan.
