Ghindeşti este un oraş în raionul Floreşti, Republica Moldova. Amplasat în partea de nord a țării, oraşul Ghindeşti este situat la o distanţă de 115 km de Chișinău. Conform datelor recensămîntului din anul 2004 populaţia orașului constituie 1841 locuitori. Orașul Ghindești a fost înființat în anul 1956 pe lîngă fabrica de zahăr din localitate.
